The IEEE Board of Directors nominated David Alan Koehler and Jill I. Gostin for 2026 IEEE President-Elect. The listing order of the candidates was determined by a lottery process and indicates no preference.
In addition, Manfred “Fred” J. Schindler (sign petition) is seeking nomination by petition for 2026 IEEE President-Elect.
IEEE members who would like to run for IEEE President-Elect and have not been nominated should submit their petition intention statement to the IEEE Board of Directors at [email protected] by 31 December 2024 (12:00 noon ET/17:00 UTC). At least one year of service on the IEEE Board of Directors is required for all candidates and petitioners.
