We're Cruising to Alaska
in September 2024!

From the tropical beauty of the Bahamas in 2023, our cruising saga continues in September 2024 to the magnificent, wild Alaskan frontier. Building off of the success of IEEE-USA's 50th Anniversary Cruise, IEEE-USA will be hosting a 7-night Alaska Cruise, 9-16 September 2024, aboard Royal Caribbean's Quantum of the Seas. Please remember that to participate in the IEEE-USA Alaska Cruise activities, you must book through our cruise site. SEA you in September 2024!

Unfortunately, due to rising costs and changes among the sponsoring societies, the WISE Program will not be offered in 2024. Please stay tuned for updates, as the program organizers hope to return in the Summer of 2025.

The IEEE New Initiatives program helps bring great ideas to light. If you have an idea for a particular program, product, or service offering that can make a significant impact on IEEE members, the public, or a technical community, please share your vision with the IEEE New Initiatives Committee (NIC). The New Initiatives program can provide seed funding or higher levels of funding for innovative ideas. There are no submission deadlines.
