The IEEE IES Industrial Innovation Conclave 2025, organised by Dr. Tripura Pidikiti, was held 6-7 August 2025 in Hyderabad, India. I4C became a vibrant hub of innovation, knowledge exchange, and volunteer-driven collaboration, perfectly reflecting the evolving spirit of IES; a globally connected yet locally empowered community. 

The IEEE Industry Conclave on Emerging Technologies and Industry Automation, coordinated by Dr. Ranjeeta Patel, was held 8 to 10 August 2025 in Bhubaneswar. With participation from over 70 startups, companies and research centers, ETIA 2025 marked an important moment for the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society.

The Industry Forum of the 30th ETFA conference, held 9-12 September 2025, in Portugal, was designed to blend industry challenges with entrepreneurship. Led by Gil Goncalves and Bruno Iafelice, the event promoted collaboration while showcasing examples of emerging technologies.

The 22nd IEEE International Conference on Factory Communication Systems will take place on 21-24 April 2026 in Offenburg, Germany. WFCS aims to focus on all forms of communication solutions to support automation within factories and other contexts.

This paper proposes a novel ultrawide output voltage reconfigurable LLC resonant DC–DC converter designed to meet the diverse voltage requirements of future Electric Vehicles fast-charging systems.

This paper provides a comprehensive review of inertia enhancement strategies for dc microgrids, examining their key features, benefits, and limitations. In addition, this article investigates the grid-forming and grid-following converter analogies in ac and dc microgrids.
