The IEEE Industrial Electronics Society Students and Young Professionals Congress 2025 was held 14–17 August 2025 in Tunisia. With 230 participants from 40 countries, it stood out as one of the most influential IEEE gatherings for students and young professionals in industrial electronics, further encouraging knowledge exchange, innovation, and global collaboration within our society.

The IES Membership Activities Subcommittee on Collaboration and Engagement (C&E) organized an open introductory session particularly meant for first time ETFA participants on 10 Sept. 2025 at the IEEE Emerging Technologies and Factory Automation Conference (ETFA), in Porto, Portugal.

GreenTech 2026 will be held on 25-27 March 2026 in Boulder, CO USA. The IEEE Green Technologies (GreenTech) Conference is a premier international event focusing on challenges facing the modern power grid and solutions to transition towards a reliable, sustainable, and resilient grid of the future.

This paper aims to address current limitations of data-driven models for fault diagnosis including overfitting, mode collapse, and unstable training. The proposed method enables stable and interpretable sample generation while enhancing both the authenticity and diversity of synthetic fault data. 

This paper presents a comprehensive review of energy routing methods based on Graph Theory and Game Theory, two foundational frameworks for routing and decision-making in energy systems.

In this tutorial, a selection of emission and immunity standards is presented. Then four coupling mechanisms (impedance, capacitive, magnetic and radiated) are discussed, based on components and PCB structures.
