This paper proposes a distributed hierarchical control to generate multi-rate sampling control signals for inverters to achieve stable and fast frequency restoration. Based on the virtual synchronous generator (VSG) primary control, a novel distributed event-triggered frequency restoration algorithm is proposed. 

This paper discusses a new data fusion system for diagnosing faults in electric motors. It combines analysis of currents, stray magnetic fluxes, and infrared data using non-invasive, low-cost sensors. The system integrates advanced time-frequency transforms and image processing with artificial intelligence for reliable fault classification.
