Industrial internet and edge computing brings lots of new opportunities for traditional industrial automation systems. With massive computing, storage, and communication resources available on field devices, a new low code/no code development must be investigated to handle multiple applications on multiple edge devices simultaneously. In this talk, we will discuss automatic code generation in industrial edge applications based on IEC 61499 and MTP.

Novel advanced motion control and autonomous driving for electric vehicles are introduced to improve safety, driving comfort and energy efficiency. Then, a new type of in-wheel motor receives electric power through wireless power transfer. This motor can also receive power directly from underground coils for dynamic charging.
