In our continued celebration of the 75th Anniversary of the Invention of the Transistor, our Society governance decreed to provide complimentary copies of the next few issues of ED-M to all our members. Look for print copies of ED-M in 2023 and 2024.

The IEEE Electron Devices Magazine is published quarterly, with issues appearing in March, June, September and December. The magazine focuses on the publication of peer-reviewed tutorials and survey papers related to the wider field of electron devices and their application, and may also include articles dealing with environmental, societal, and humanitarian issues.

 
 
 
 
 
 
75th Anniversary of the Transistor Book - Order Yours Today!
 
 

The 75th Anniversary of the Transistor commemorative book will be released at the IEEE International Flexible Electronics Technology Conference (IFETC), in San Jose, California on 14 August 2023.
