Over the past 75 years the tiny transistor has seen more technological advantages that all of the previous millennia of human existence combined.

IEEE Electron Devices Magazine Accepting Submissions!
 
 

The first issue of the new IEEE Electron Devices Magazine will publish in June 2023. The magazine will focus on publishing peer-reviewed tutorial and survey papers related to the wider field of electron devices and their applications.

Upcoming issues will feature leading themes written by invited authors on neuromorphic computing, semiconductor manufacturing, and quantum computing. For more information visit the EDS website.
