Chapter and Membership News
IEEE Day is 5 October 2021!
We encourage our members and chapter officers to organize local IEEE Day celebrations. IEEE Day's theme is: "Leveraging Technology for a Better Tomorrow."
IEEE Day was created to commemorate the first time in history when engineers worldwide and IEEE members gathered to share their technical ideas in 1884.
Two successful female engineers recount their personal stories in the July issue of the EDS Newsletter. We hope you enjoy reading Susan Lord's "Cutting Ties, Forging Paths, and Speaking Up" and Nadine Collaert's "My wonderful journey in science and engineering."
Congratulations to the authors of the 2020 IEEE EDS Paul Rappaport Award for their winning paper, "Improved Air Spacer for Highly Scaled CMOS Technology."
