Transactions on Semiconductor Manufacturing Best Paper Award Winner Announced!
One of the most pleasant aspects of the Editor in Chief’s job is to recognize outstanding contributions from the TSM community. The TSM Best Paper Award is presented annually to a paper published in the previous calendar year that is recognized by the Editorial Board to have made an outstanding contribution to the field. Papers are nominated at the time of acceptance by the handling Associate Editor; nominated papers are then reviewed and ranked by a subcommittee of the Editorial Board.
