Prof. Yang Shi, Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, has been elevated to the grade of Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada (RSC) class of 2025. One of the highest honours in science in Canada. Congratulations to him! 

The IES inaugural Forum of candidates for the President-Elect and VP positions will be held online and in person on 14 October 2025 - 07:30 PM, at IECON Conference in Madrid. Hosted by IES President Milos Manic, the forum will give members the opportunity to get to know IES candidates for VP positions. A panel session with the president-elect candidates, Huijun Gao and Makoto Iwasaki, will follow.
