In keeping with IEEE’s continued commitment to providing a publishing cutting edge technology as well as disseminating past knowledge, IEEE is introducing a review journal, the IEEE Electron Devices Reviews (EDR) in the field of electron devices. The EDR is an online only hybrid review journal aimed to publish review papers, special topics, tutorial papers, history, and plenary lectures on fundamental physical electronics, basic physical electronics, and all aspects of manufacturing related to electron and ion devices.

Submit in-depth reviews of your research for peer-review and publishing in the debut of the IEEE Electron Devices Reviews. Be among the first published in the new IEEE Electron Devices Reviews! Submission to ScholarOne begins in the Spring of 2024 with launch of the new IEEE Electron Devices Reviews in IEEE Xplore in early October 2024.
