IEEE Transactions on Materials for Electron Devices
 
 
 
 
EDS is launching the Transactions on Materials for Electron Devices journal in 2024, with the technical partnership of the Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics and Frequency Control Society. This is the first materials-centric Journal in IEEE, and the inaugural issue is expected to feature excellent work from top authors in applied aspects of electronic materials, as well as fundamentals directly relevant to individual and integrated device engineering and fabrication.

IEEE Electron Devices Reviews
 
 
The Society introduces a new archival periodical, the IEEE Electron Devices Reviews with the scope: “The IEEE Electron Devices Reviews (EDR) publishes review papers, special topics, tutorial papers, history, and plenary lectures on fundamental physical electronics, basic physical electronics, and all aspects of manufacturing related to electron and ion devices.”
The inaugural issue is scheduled to appear in October 2024.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Special Issue in Journal on Flexible Electronics (J-FLEX) : Circular, Sustainable, and Green Electronics
 
 
 
 
The scope of this Special Journal Issue includes original manuscripts on functional and sustainable materials, fabrication strategies, electronic devices and applications, for environmentally friendly and recyclable electronics. Authors are invited to submit papers on the theoretical, technological and experimental aspects concerning methods and approaches to minimize the use of toxicants and non-recyclable materials, energy-demanding protocols and electronics waste at the end of device lifecycle.
