The P2834 Secure and Trusted Learning Systems Working Group would like to thank Sundar Krishnan for stepping up to the challenge of being the Secretary from 27 September 2020 to 26 July 2021 during this pandemic period.
Sundar Krishnan, CISM, CISSP, CDPSE, PMP, Black Belt Six Sigma, ITIL(F), is a Cybersecurity and Information Technology professional having over 25 years of experience across various industries such as Aerospace, Banking, Energy, Textiles, Oil & Gas, Industrial Automation and Healthcare. He has a master’s degree in Digital Forensics from Sam Houston State University (SHSU) and a master’s degree in Computer Applications from Bharathiar University. In his career, he has held many positions such as Team lead, programmer, service delivery coordinator, consultant, and in senior management. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Cyber and Digital Forensics at Sam Houston State University. During his doctoral studies, he has published research papers and presented his research findings at various international conferences. His current and long-term research focus is in Digital Forensics, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and Data Privacy in eDiscovery and litigation.
At the same time, we also thank Dr. Abdallah Touhafi for taking over this important task for our group.
Dr. Abdellah Touhafi is a professor at the Engineering Sciences Faculty of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. As a member of the Engineering Technologies Department, he is responsible for the major courses related to electronics design, embedded computing, and reconfigurable computing. His research interests are smart and industrial electronics, reconfigurable computing systems, multi-sensorial systems, and cloud computing. Those topics are deployed within two emerging applications that are advanced environmental monitoring systems and digital education. He is serving as an editor for the Journal of sensors and is chairing several conferences related to smart cities, cloud computing, and industrial electronics. His work has been published in more than 130 scientific publications.
